1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper

Elaboration

Preheat oven 180 degrees. Wash peppers and broil 30 min in a fountain oiled with oil; to turn them over 15 min. Peel them, clean them and cut them into strips. Bate 3 tablespoons oil with vinegar, salt and pepper.
